All our energy based offerings are held at our home office in Ballston Lake (off Exit 11 of the Northway) N.Y.

• Reconnecting with Reiki Workshops

• Reiki Self-Treatments with affirmations for Certified Reiki Practitioners from all lineages.

• Lifecycles: A program within ITA that assists you in honing in on who you are, how you want to live your life, and energy practices that help you move forward.
